Why Buy New When You Could Refurbish?
It’s a question we get asked a lot. The answer is simpler than you think: marketing.
We’d like to think we’re above being sold to, that we won’t be hoodwinked into paying another $300-800 or more for custom foot orthotics just for our shoes.
If you return to the facility that made yours and ask for replacement top covers, you’ll get the runaround about them being “not as good” or “your feet change.” It’s in their best interest to sell a brand-new pair.
The bottom line: most of the time, if your orthotic looks a little ratty, you may just need new top covers.

Now you see why they say you’ll need new devices and why they’re quick to provide them. They’ll charge for the exam plus new orthotics. Do you need new ones? Maybe, maybe not. But often it’s simply a matter of replacing the top covers.
We’ve made the process incredibly easy. Fill out a simple form, send us your orthotics with payment, and we’ll ship them back quickly. Your devices will be refreshed and ready for hard use. Visit us again in a couple of years for recovering.

Our pricing for refurbishing:
- $80 – 3/4 length orthotics (per pair)
- $90 – full length orthotics (per pair)
- $5 – each add-on (wedge, metatarsal pad, lift)
We charge $15 for shipping and handling. Texas residents will be charged a 8.25% sales tax.
Currently we are turning around your products in 3-5 business days.
Pay one price and receive your refurbished foot orthotics (the nominal shipping charge includes shipping and handling on your custom orthotic devices) a few days later. For now, this is what we do, so we try to make it as easy as possible for you. We will add services in the near future as we expand but for now, a reasonable and fair price.
